The Vital Signs Initiative

Vital Signs is a community philanthropy guide from your local community foundation, measuring the vitality of our communities and identifiying significant trends in a range of areas critical to quality of life.

Vital Signs is supported by UK Community Foundations. Vital Signs was developed by The Toronto Foundation in 2001 and now involves Community Foundations across Canada and beyond. We are grateful to Community Foundations of Canada for the support they have provided to us in piloting Vital Signs within the UK.
